Black Magic
A stirred Cognac and rum cocktail with white crème de menthe, Fernet-Branca, simple syrup, and an absinthe rinse. It is sweet and fairly strong at about 24% ABV.

Rinse a coupe with absinthe and dump. Stir the remaining ingredients over ice, then strain into the coupe. No garnish.
