Jack Sparrow Flip
A rum flip with Madeira, demerara syrup, a whole egg, and whiskey barrel bitters, topped with cinnamon. It is sweet and light at about 12% ABV.

Dry shake all the ingredients, then add 3 ice cubes and shake again. Double strain into a fancy fizz glass. Garnish with a few grates of cinnamon.
